Terms of Service

Catalyst Alerts is a subscription alert service. Members receive Catalyst Alerts stock alerts, access to a member dashboard, email notifications and our historical results.

The service is educational and informational. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.

Membership is $99 for 12 months (special offer), billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. There is no contract beyond the 12-month term you choose.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By subscribing you authorise recurring annual charges to your payment method.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Alerts are sent only when a setup meets our Catalyst Alerts criteria. We do not commit to a number of alerts in any period and we do not force a trade to meet a quota.

We may issue no alerts at all during a billing period. In that case the zero-alert refund described in our Subscription & Refund Policy applies.

Alerts are normally delivered before the anticipated trading session, often the evening prior. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Sharing, reselling or redistributing alerts or account access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

We do not guarantee profits, win rates, returns or any particular outcome. Trading securities involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of capital.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing and risk management.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Alerts is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms, the service or its pricing. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or in the member dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
