We share limited information with service providers that help us operate: our payment processor for billing and refunds, our email provider for alert delivery, our hosting and authentication providers, and advertising or analytics providers where we use them.

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and audit purposes. Historical alert records are retained permanently and published without personal information.
